Steps to Renting - What to Expect

1. From the Home page, select the country to which you will ship the items desired.
2. Using the Products page, select "Add to Cart" for the items that you would like to rent.
3. Once you've selected all of your items, select "Continue to Request Form."
4. Fill out all of your contact and billing information.
5. Within 2 business days you'll receive your Rental Agreement Documents from Vernon Computer Source via Docusign.
6. Using Docusign complete the Rental Quote , Rental Agreement and view credit card instructions.
7. Within 2 business days your credit card will be authorized and your request approved. A copy or your "Approved" Rental Contact will be emailed for your records.
8. When your equipment ships for delivery, tracking information will be emailed and your credit card will be charged in full.
9. Data plan overages may apply. Any data overages on contract will be charged to the credit card on file at the end of rental.
